Founded in 2012 by Rumen Kehayov, our company began with a simple mission: to deliver high-quality cladding solutions for new-build projects. Through dedication, craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence, we have grown into a trusted name in the industry, working on projects of all sizes across the UK.

In 2017, the tragic Grenfell Tower disaster reshaped the construction landscape, highlighting the urgent need for safer building materials and remediation work. Recognising our responsibility to help create safer communities, we expanded our expertise into the recladding sector. Since then, we have been at the forefront of cladding remediation, helping to replace unsafe materials and ensure buildings meet modern safety standards.

Today, we specialise in both new-build cladding and recladding projects, partnering with developers, contractors and building owners to deliver high-quality, compliant and visually striking solutions. Our team combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of fire safety regulations, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
